What types of projects are supported?

Renewable energy (solar, wind, battery storage) and digital infrastructure (data centers). We can add custom asset classes based on request — just let us know what you're working on.

What do I get from the model?

A complete project finance model with construction draws, operating cash flows, debt sizing and sculpting, coverage ratios (DSCR, LLCR), returns analysis (IRR, NPV), and sensitivity tables. Exportable to Excel with transparent formulas.

Is beta access really free?

Yes. We're looking for early users to help shape the product. Beta users get free access and direct input into the roadmap.

How long until I get access?

We review requests within 24-48 hours. We're prioritizing teams actively working on infrastructure deals.

Is my data secure?

Your project data is encrypted and never shared. We don't use your inputs to train models. You can delete your data anytime.

Can I use the outputs for live deals?

The models are designed to be lender-ready, but you should always review and validate outputs for your specific transaction. We're a tool to accelerate your workflow, not replace your judgment.
